Copyright policy and takedown procedure for LoveCamShow.
LoveCamShow respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains our policy under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how to submit a takedown notice if you believe content linked through our website infringes your copyright.
LoveCamShow is an independent aggregator. We do not host, upload, store, or stream any video content on our servers. All live cam feeds and model pages are provided by third-party cam platforms and are embedded or linked through our site for convenience.
Because we do not host the content, we cannot remove content from third-party cam platforms. If your copyright claim relates to a specific live stream or model, the fastest resolution is to contact the relevant cam site directly using its own DMCA or copyright policy.
We can remove or disable access to any link, embed, thumbnail, or page on LoveCamShow itself that points to allegedly infringing material. If your notice identifies such a link or embed, we will act on it promptly.
To submit a DMCA takedown notice to LoveCamShow, you must provide a written notice that includes all of the following:
Incomplete notices may be returned or ignored. Please ensure all required elements are included.
All DMCA notices relating to LoveCamShow must be submitted in writing using the contact form available through the relevant cam platform's support channel. Because LoveCamShow does not host content and operates as an aggregator, we do not accept DMCA notices directly.
If your complaint concerns a specific live stream, model, or video, please direct it to the cam platform hosting that content. Each cam site is required to publish its own DMCA agent and contact details.
If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the relevant cam platform. LoveCamShow does not process counter-notices because we do not host the content in question.
LoveCamShow may, at its discretion, remove or disable access to links and embeds associated with repeat infringers. Because we do not operate user accounts, this applies to third-party content sources rather than individual users.
Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice may result in legal liability under applicable law. Please make sure you have a good-faith belief that the material is infringing before submitting a notice.
We may update this DMCA policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of LoveCamShow after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
LoveCamShow does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or legality of any third-party cam platform. All copyright matters relating to specific streams, models, or videos should be directed to the platform hosting that content.
